LeadPilot AI helps businesses capture and manage customer inquiries. This page explains, in plain terms, what data the service collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and password (stored as a salted hash — we never store plaintext passwords).
• Business data: the business details you enter (name, type, description, tone).
• Lead data: the inquiries submitted through your lead forms (name, email, phone, message).
• Usage data: counts of leads and AI analyses for plan enforcement.

How we use it

• To show you your own leads, analyses, and suggested responses.
• To run the AI provider you configure to analyze inquiries. Lead content is sent to that provider for analysis only.
• To enforce your plan's monthly limits and (if configured) send you email notifications.
• To keep the service running and secure.

What we do not do

• We never sell your data or your customers' data.
• We never train public models on your customer conversations.
• We never store raw credit-card numbers — card processing is handled by Stripe.

Data retention & deletion

Accounts and leads remain accessible to you. You may contact us to request deletion of your account and data.
