What the service is

LeadPilot AI captures customer inquiries, analyzes them with an AI provider you configure, and drafts suggested responses. It does not send messages to your customers automatically.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for responding to your customers and for how you use suggested responses.
• You must only capture data you are authorized to collect, and you are responsible for your customers' personal data.
• You must not use the service to send spam or to misuse the public lead endpoint.
• Suggested responses are starting points for your review — they are not guarantees of outcome, and they are not professional advice (legal, financial, or medical).

Plans and billing

• New accounts start on a free trial with a monthly lead limit.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page.
• If a monthly limit is reached, new lead capture is paused and you are asked to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted for reaching a limit.
• You can cancel through the billing page; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" during this early stage, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee revenue, conversions, or results from using the product.
